Villa Amelia is a Stunning 14th Century House recently restored to full glory. The dining room has a unique stonework ceiling and superb oak table seating up to 12 comfortably. The Villa has a large very well equipped garden with sun loungers, seats and tables for 12 people overlooking the beautiful view.

The master bedroom is en-suite and located opposite the triple room, and near another living area on the first floor - This area has an open fire place and spacious living area. On the top floor are the remaining two double (air conditioned) bedrooms with a stunning view over the garden and out over Le Marche and another bathroom. The Groud floor consists of Principle Dining room, kitchen, bathroom and storeroom |

could dine in the stunning main "Sala" with it's unique stonework
ceiling restored to its previous 14C splendour. It is equipped with
a superb oak table and matching benches seating 12/14 comfortably. Alternatively you could used the garden and enjoy the exterior lighting and furniture. |

The house is situated 5 minutes from the local town, and 10 minutes drive from the local medieval hilltop town of Cingoli. The large garden is private and not overlooked and has a lovely view of the Marche countryside. |
